calibrd-agent mcp_server
Calibrd tells you whether a hiring manager would shortlist you for a specific job, before you spend an evening on the application. Paste a job posting into the chat, or give your assistant the link. Calibrd scores your CV against that posting and returns a match score, the gaps that matter at your level, and how a recruiter and an applicant tracking system each read your CV. Ask for the full report and you also get the questions each round tends to ask, how the company runs its interview process, and a pay benchmark for the role and location. It will also review a CV on its own and draft a cover letter from the posting. Six tools: score a job, the full report, CV review, cover letter, account status, and a checkout link for a pass. You sign in with your own Calibrd account, so anything you generate in the chat is in your Calibrd workspace too. Reports are free, three a day. A pass lifts the cap and opens every tool for a stretch of days. Calibrd Agent runs inside your assistant. Your CV, the job description and the report pass through your assistant's provider under their terms. Calibrd itself keeps none of it: reports and CVs are generated and returned, not stored.
