What's Loaded mcp_server
Shows what is consuming your agent's context window before the conversation starts: always-loaded skill descriptions ranked by token cost, skills installed more than once under different names, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md sizes including the files their @import lines pull in, and every MCP server configured across Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code. Counts only what actually loads — skill bodies, disabled plugins and stale plugin-cache versions are excluded, and token figures are labelled as estimates. Five read-only tools; no child processes, no network, no path built from model input.
