One-pass agentic inbox triage for Gmail: fetch unread mail, classify (action_needed / fyi / newsletter / noise), summarize long threads, extract tasks with deadlines, and save drafted replies to Gmail Drafts. Never sends — readonly + compose scopes only; a human reviews every draft. IO-only tools: the MCP host does the reasoning, keyless.
