Ray: Your Notifications Infra mcp_server
Ray is a notification delivery API (not the Ray compute framework). Let agents send transactional email (Amazon SES or SMTP), push (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Slack, Discord, Telegram and webhook notifications through your own provider accounts, manage versioned templates, check delivery status and read the docs.
