Drop-in Lightning monetization for any stdio MCP server — zero code changes upstream. It spawns your server as a child process, re-exposes its full tool catalog, and requires a paid Lightning invoice before forwarding priced calls — settlement verified via NWC lookup_invoice on your wallet, not a spoofable receipt. First call returns a bolt11 invoice; the retry with payment_hash executes. Per-tool prices via env, replay protection, free-tool passthrough, audit log. No tool list shown here because it's dynamic — it mirrors whatever upstream server you wrap.
