Contract Compass by Sallim mcp_server
Contract Compass by Sallim — Korean public procurement law for AI agents. A deterministic rule engine decides the lawful contracting method under the National Contracts Act and the Local Contracts Act; statute search and article lookup return the cited text, including as-of-date versions for past contracts; reference search covers ministry directives, qualification-review criteria and practitioner guides; and case search pulls live court precedents and ministry legal interpretations from law.go.kr. Also computes liquidated damages for delay and contract price adjustment. No LLM runs inside the tools, so every answer is traceable to a cited article. 11 tools. Korean-language corpus and output.
