Enables DeepSeek Harness users to search a consent-based human network, view profiles, publish confirmed content, and prepare and send direct messages under per-user OAuth 2.1 + PKCE authorization. Write actions follow a prepare-and-confirm flow so nothing is published or sent without explicit approval.
