Company Check — UK, Sweden & Norway business registers mcp_server
Check a company before you deal with it. Official register data from Companies House (United Kingdom), Bolagsverket (Sweden) and Brønnøysundregistrene / Enhetsregisteret (Norway, brreg) — one JSON shape for every country. Look up by UK company number (CRN), Swedish organisationsnummer or Norwegian organisasjonsnummer (orgnr, org.nr); search by name; read registered address, status, SIC and SNI industry codes, VAT / MVA registration, and the statutory filing deadlines each register publishes with the statute behind each one. UK lookups can attach the register of charges — mortgages and debentures read live, not the company profile's has_charges flag, which can disagree. Seven tools: lookup_company, search_company, company_deadlines, validate_company_id, list_countries, plus search and fetch for connector clients. Three prompts, including a counterparty check. Use it for supplier due diligence before you pay an invoice, KYB and customer onboarding, VAT validation and compliance deadlines. Sweden has no name search — Bolagsverket's free API publishes no name index. No API key needed for Norway; free keys for Companies House and Bolagsverket. Open source (MIT), REST API too.
