Free EU e-invoice and Peppol checks for AI agents: einvoice/Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 rule validation with a fix per broken rule (check_peppol_ready), VAT-number format and VIES-coverage checks (check_vat_list_format), IBAN structure checks (verify_iban) and a supplier bank-change check (check_payment_change) — free without an account, no token. Paid tools (a Jithox key) add UBL 2.1/Peppol e-invoice XML generation (format_peppol_invoice), live VIES VAT validation, Peppol participant lookup, full invoice review and Belgian KBO company search. Every answer is typed (valid / invalid / source unavailable) and says what it proves and what it does not. Human approval stays with the business.
