Search Luxury Lodging's ~250 professionally managed US vacation rental homes, check live availability and get a real stay total (cleaning, fees and taxes included), then send the guest to book direct with the property manager — no online travel agency commission. **Tools (read-only, no auth):** `search_properties`, `list_markets`, `get_property_details`, `get_availability`, `get_live_quote`, `compare_properties`. Plus a `find_a_stay` prompt and resources for the full catalog, booking terms and an MCP Apps results widget. **Try:** "Find me a house in Chicago for 6 people for three nights next month, cheapest first." · "What are the check-in time and deposit for that first home, and are pets allowed?" · "What would it cost in total for those dates?" Each home returns its own policies, neighbourhood (never a street address), and its 4- and 5-star guest reviews labelled by source.
