Qotien — French tax & retirement mcp_server
**Qotien** — sourced, dated calculation API for French personal **tax** and **retirement**, over MCP. The engine never guesses: every result carries a confidence level, its legal sources (CGI / BOFiP) and the fiscal year. **Fiscal** (deterministic): income tax (2026 barème, quotient familial, décote), IFI, capital gains, PER deductibility, CEHR/CDHR, prélèvements sociaux. **Retraite** (framed estimate): pension by scheme in points across 30+ funds — Agirc-Arrco, Ircantec, RCI, RAFP, the CNAVPL libéral bases and the complementary/ASV schemes (CARMF, CIPAV, CARPIMKO, CARCDSF, CAVEC…), gross → net. 10 tools (fiscal_* + retraite_*). Remote, Streamable HTTP, no auth, no secret.
