Enables MCP clients to perform stateless dice rolls using generic d20-style notation, L5R 4e Roll & Keep, and L5R 5e ring/skill symbol dice, returning detailed rule-aware results. Supports checks, raises, advantage/disadvantage, conversions, and explanatory outputs without character sheets or sessions.
