motionspec mcp_server
MotionSpec verifies and compiles the UI animation in AI-generated web apps. Keyless tools: **motion_catalog** (40 verified motion primitives + authoring rules) and **motion_validate** (fail-closed validation against WCAG 2.2.2 / 2.3.3 rules); nothing submitted is stored. A validated spec compiles deterministically to reduced-motion-safe, on-budget GSAP/WAAPI-CSS. MIT core on npm (`motionspec`). Not Motion.dev / Framer Motion, not the Android/iOS MotionSpec classes, not the usemotion.com calendar app, not a video generator.
