Enables MCP clients to connect to Oracle 11g databases in thick mode, supporting multiple named connections for listing tables, describing schemas, and running row-limited read-only queries. Write operations such as INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and DDL stay disabled unless explicitly enabled and confirmed.
