omnibus-node mcp_server
Serves a lab's manuscript library over the Model Context Protocol, letting clients list works, read text, search paragraphs, browse figures and notes, and record dead ends. Access is filtered by per-person sharing tiers, so each contributor's chosen slice of text, figure previews, assets and notes is what gets exposed.
