mnemex mcp_server
Gives MCP-capable assistants persistent memory stored as a Neo4j knowledge graph, so recalled answers preserve who said what, who dissented, and which decisions have been superseded. Recall is hybrid: a vector index picks a starting point in the graph, then a fixed Cypher traversal collects the supporting claims, decisions, and history.
