Project Memory mcp_server
Keep project decisions, evidence, outcomes and reviewed lessons in local SQLite. Retrieve bounded context through three MCP tools and inspect history in an offline HTML viewer. Codex hooks capture execution mechanically; interpretation and lesson acceptance remain explicit. Requires local Python 3.11+.
