True Solar Time mcp_server
Enables users to convert recorded birth times into true solar time for BaZi / Four Pillars charting, applying historical DST, longitude, and equation-of-time corrections. It also detects nonexistent local times and warns when a corrected time is near an hour-branch boundary.
