Pay-per-call HTTP and MCP utilities for autonomous AI agents, settled in USDC on Base via the x402 protocol. No signup, no API keys, no subscription - an agent pays per request, from $0.001. Includes exactly-once idempotency claims (once-key), an encrypted vault, web scraping, PDF text extraction, and LLM token compression. tools/list is free; calling a paid tool without payment returns the price and payment address.
