Live internet-censorship signals and tamper-evident AI model evaluations, from public infrastructure: Great Firewall reachability (OONI, Censored Planet), takedown and redaction pressure, plus a hash-chained registry of pre-registered model evals including refusal drift in frontier models and the Generative Firewall Index for Chinese models. Uncertainty bands first; absence is stated, never faked.
