Hide a message inside a photo so it survives being sent through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook or X. Tools: embed, decode, detect, and calibrate a channel from a sent/returned image pair. Platform targets are calibrated against real device round trips rather than simulated compression.
